Important Grad Night Info

Please make sure to complete the MANDATORY Registration and Waiver in order to finalize your Grad Night registration. Your student can sign in with their google account.

Below is information regarding the night as well as MANDATORY information to fill out in order to finalize your Grad Night registration.

DATE OF ACTIVITY:  Sunday, June 2, 2024
DESCRIPTION:  Disneyland Parkhopper Pass AND Grad Night Party for THHS Class of 2024 Seniors only.
DESTINATION:  Disneyland and California Adventure 
TRANSPORTATION: SVUSD District Bussing
CHECK-IN:  6/2/24 at approximately 11:30am at THHS
PICK-UP:  6/3/24 at approximately 3:30am at THHS

 

PRICING

$300.00 - 2/16/24 - 3/15/24 (Disney requires us to purchase all tickets in mid March)

*NO REFUNDS AFTER 3/15/2024.  Refunds prior to 3/15/2024 are for one-half of payment made.

 

PAYMENT:
• Payment can be made online with a $7.00 service fee.
• Payment with cash or check (made payable to THHS PTSA) should be placed in an envelope marked Grad Night and include the student's name to ensure proper credit. Payments can be dropped off to the receptionist in the school office. PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF IN THE STUDENT STORE.
• Payment Plans available and scholarships are available. 
• Returned checks require a cash payment including a $35 service fee.

 

FINANCIAL HELP
Students needing financial help - please let us know!  We will have limited full and partial scholarships available. We can also offer payment plans.  All scholarship requests must be submitted by February 28, 2024. Contact Megan or Keri at gradnight@thhsptsa.org for more info.

Grad Night is a PTSA Sponsored Event and NOT included in the ASB Package.  All Grad Night fees go towards the costs of the venues, food & beverage, transportation and any other Grad Night expenses.  The THHS PTSA does not collect money for the purposes of fundraising or any income surplus.
