Fundraisers and other Support
This year we asking all parents to help Grad Night in the following areas:

*Ralph’s Club – go to www.ralphs.com/ccprogram and join by the NPO number 82027.
(this is one of our fundraiser to help off set the cost.)

*Donations – Mailing and tracking requests for donations (Gift Cards, Dorm room items, etc.)

*Chaperone Grad Night – From Wednesday beginning at 10:30pm to Thursday ending 6:30am.
Entire night or shifts are available.
Also Bus Chaperones needed to ride to and from event.

*Check In Tables - Friday from 9:30 pm-10:30 pm. Students arrive, check in, collect items, receive “Passports” and board bus to event.

*Passports & Bags Preparation- Create ID “Passport” & prepare personal belongings bags

*Committee Coordinators/Teams - Chair or Co-Chair the following: Treasurer, Volunteer Coordinator, Donations Coordinator, Parent Social Night Coordinator, Student Tracking/Permission Slips Coordinator AND need Volunteers to help each Coordinator.
